Where are you located?

Pas Blanc has an off-line location at Antelias, Uptown Mall, Ground Floor.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds for in-store or online purchases. All sales are final.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! You may exchange your item within 10 days of receiving it. Exchanges are available in-store only.

What are the conditions for an exchange?

To qualify for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused (no exceptions)
  • In its original packaging with tags attached (no exceptions)
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or gift voucher (no exceptions)

Are there items that cannot be exchanged?

What about sale items?

  • Items purchased with a 70% discount or more are final sale and cannot be exchanged
  • Gift cards and sale items are also non-exchangeable.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at 81-182918 so we can resolve the issue.
